PRODUCT INGREDIENTS

HOW TO USE

Dosage varies from two to six capsules, depending on the duration of exercise.

As a general rule: 2 for exercise that lasts less than an hour, 4 for 1-2 hours of exercise, 6 for more than that. Can take with any liquid.
